RideShareAnalytics

This project delivers an end-to-end, near-real-time analytics platform for a ride-sharing company operating at the scale of leading mobility providers such as Ola, Uber, Rapido, and Bolt. Core business data—including trips, drivers, riders, payments, and GPS location events—is ingested into Snowflake as the centralized data platform. Using dbt, data is transformed through a robust Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers) to create curated data marts for Operations, Finance, and Executive Reporting. Apache Airflow orchestrates batch data pipelines, while Snowflake Streams, Tasks, and Dynamic Tables power near-real-time data processing and analytics. The platform enables timely operational insights, financial reporting, driver and rider analytics, and executive dashboards, supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.
