How BigQuery Processes a QUALIFY Clause and How It Differs from HAVING
Google Cloud BigQuery, the QUALIFY clause is used to filter rows after window functions like ROW_NUMBER(), RANK(), or LAG() are calculated, while the HAVING clause is used to filter grouped results after GROUP BY and aggregate functions like SUM() or COUNT(). Both help filter results, but they work at different stages of query execution.
