How does bigquery external tables read data from cloud storage without importing
In Google Cloud BigQuery, an external table allows you to query data stored outside BigQuery—such as in Google Cloud Storage—without loading or importing that data into native BigQuery storage. An external table is a table definition in BigQuery that points to data stored externally (like CSV, JSON, Parquet, Avro files in Cloud Storage) and lets BigQuery query it directly.
