Explain Microsoft Fabric's Licensing and Capacity Model

fabric is licensed through **capacity** measured in capacity units (cus), purchased as **f-skus** (f2, f4, f8 … f64 … f2048). you assign workspaces to a capacity, and all compute across all workloads draws from that shared capacity pool. it is a saas model — no clusters to size, no storage accounts to configure.
